In our 1st year as a business, when becoming limited is new and facing VAT accounts were my biggest concern and probably led to the most anxiety. Although I trust Coaccounting to get things done I needed more clarity on the business position and liabilities in real time. I felt VAT was left late. Firstly we were reassured to leave it to CA and we'd be notified in good time when we needed to act. Infact we had to raise a concern that VAT threshold had passed and we thought it was due, which is was. Tasha had to scramble a last minute day to get all our VAT deductibles together although we had requested many times clarification on what to provide. We were also under prepared for out VAT liability. We also had a lot of issues with the square integration which even after throwing days of additional resources at, was never resolved. I liken new business ownership to to rummaging around in the dark, trying not to bump into things and injure yourself. We were hoping that the CA would offer a torch to illuminate the financial stack in the side of the of room so at least we didn't trip over that. For the most part they did but at times the torch cut out needing a gentle tap on the side. : ) I guess I'm saying we needed more reassurance and definitive information at times. – Is there anything that you would like to raise or any suggestions for improvement?

Damion and the team do run a progressive and comprehensive accounting firm that strives to go beyond just crunching the numbers. They offer support, guidance and sometimes just a good sounding board for ideas and direction. Business ownership can be very tough and lonely.
