Steph and Beth know this already but I found it very frustrating to get repeated emails (possibly 30 emails?) for a website that didn’t work (ID checking). I kept thinking the “new link” had been made to work but it never did. I know there’s a lot of paperwork but I also really appreciate talking to a human person on the phone, which is why I’ve now asked for a meeting review rather than paper (annual) review. Also relating to the review - I haven’t found these very useful as it didn’t feel that anyone knew (or asked) about how my personal circumstances had changed over time, or what I might be expecting to be doing in the year ahead. This impacts the advice given, which I didn’t feel was as personalised as it could have been. I hope this might change this year with an actual meeting and discussion. – Is there anything that you would like to raise or any suggestions for improvement?
When running a business, I need to feel confident that our finances are being well looked after. I’ve always felt confidence in Damion and his wonderful team, who are professional, responsive, and have integrity as people. We’ve also benefitted from wider business coaching and advice, which is fundamental to how we make decisions as a business: there have been many times I’ve been very grateful for their calm, steady input. I’d highly recommend this terrific team! – Would you be kind enough to write a short review of our service for our website?
- 10/10 – How well are we doing in dealing your accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping etc in a timely and accurate way?
- 8/10 – How well are we doing in responding to emails / queries etc?
- 10/10 – How much of a difference are we making to the success of your business?
- 10/10 – How likely is it that you would recommend us to someone else?
