Only one improvement I can think of in relation to you helping me as a sole person, and as a director of a business - there was some frustration trying to sign documents as they were in the wrong “account” (ie jbavinton vs Jessica@V360). I think sometimes staff don’t seem to understand my enquiries or respond to them fully.
