I think I did email about this but I do think the start up has felt quite a lot and we aren't there yet. If I had known it would take so much mental energy to change accountants I would have waited till a quiet period to do so. There are lots of new processes and systems and there isn't any training in how to use them as a business. It would also be good to have a diary of what to expect when so I can plan in time to check documents, often I get sent things and in a busy week I just don't have time and no idea if your cut off dates will be impacted. The HR / paye side is also confusing how much is run by who and I feel like I'm reinventing the wheel so some guidance on how this should work would help, at the moment there are multiple spaces for error or missing timelines. – Is there anything that you would like to raise or any suggestions for improvement?
This feels like a new way of working with an accountant and it's great, supportive, knowledgeable and kind. I feel like growth here is inevitable and that is a wonderful place to start. – Would you be kind enough to write a short review of our service for our website?
- 9/10 – How well are we doing in dealing your accounts, tax returns, bookkeeping etc in a timely and accurate way?
- 7/10 – How well are we doing in responding to emails / queries etc?
- 5/10 – How much of a difference are we making to the success of your business?
- 9/10 – How likely is it that you would recommend us to someone else?
