Sometimes when I add things to receipt bank I know it may not be straightforward for the person doing my accounts to know how to apply it. if there was a way to add info if i know there is an anomaly and know that this will be seen on your end that would be great. It would reduce the questions / changes I have when it comes to returning / approving documents. – Is there anything that you would like to raise or any suggestions for improvement?
